Escrow the pool holds USDG from subscribers and stock from underwriters. At the first Chainlink round strictly newer than the pool's deploy round, both sides cross at that price. If no such round arrives by the deadline, deposits withdraw untouched.

Pick a stock, set what the buy side pays its underwriters, and open the auction. It settles at the first Chainlink print after it exists. This now lives on the terminal, beside the pools it opens. Trade →
- Buy side deposits USDG. Sell side deposits stock tokens. Deposits are non-cancellable.
- When the Chainlink feed publishes a round with an id strictly newer than the pool's, anyone can call settle().
- Settle reads that price and crosses the two sides at it. The smaller side is fully filled; the larger side is filled pro-rata.
- Subscribers claim stock, and any USDG that was not spent. Underwriters claim USDG, and any stock that was not sold.
- If the deadline passes without a print, withdraw returns every deposit untouched. No fee, no partial fill.
The moment a new token has a feed but no rounds yet, its row turns yellow. That is the window a MOO pool can open in.
